Brad Sauer
Bio
Bradley J. Sauer served as a judge advocate on active duty in the United States Air Force for 13 years. He still serves as a major and individual mobilization augmentee in the Air Force Reserve. On active duty, Brad served five consecutive years as a military defense counsel, culminating as Chief Circuit Defense Counsel stationed at Kadena Air Base, Japan, where he defended airmen accused of serious crimes and supervised a team of 16 defense attorneys and paralegals. Before and after his service as defense counsel, he served as attorney-advisor to all levels of command, including the Secretary of the Air Force while stationed at the Pentagon and Joint Base Andrews, Maryland.
Brad has been personally involved in nearly 100 criminal trials, hundreds of criminal matters, and thousands of administrative adverse actions involving service members of all services, components, and grades. Consistent with the ethos of the Law Office of Patrick J. McLain, PLLC, and its military law practice, Brad thrives on aggressively and tenaciously representing service members who face allegations, adverse actions, and criminal charges levied against them by accusers, judge advocates, and commanders. Whether in a courtroom at a general court-martial or on paper in response to an administrative counseling and everything in between, Brad is ready to fight for you.
